iPad app similar to Nexus Revamped?

Might help if you tell us what a Nexus Revamped app does. The only thing I'm seeing with a quick Google search is some live wallpapers.

iPad doesn't have live wallpapers feature.

Actually, it does. Here's a screenshot from my iPad 4.

If you mean a fully live wallpaper that changes with the weather, for example, then no there isn't live wallpaper. From what I've read, it's possible that Apple has not implemented this is because of the greatly increased battery drain such a wallpaper would cause.
