Ipad 3 - not connecting to netgear Dg 834g adsl2

I am proud owner of the new ipad 3 16 gig wifi. Could the forum please help me to connect wifi to netgear dg384g adsl2.

I had an issue where I could not connect the wireless a/n 5ghz but could connect fine on wireless g 2.4ghz. Turned out to be a problem with the iPad. As the previous post said,check and at least make sure you can see the SSID of the wireless. One other good test would be to find a hotspot and see if you can connect. Not sure if you are in the states, but if you are, just find a McDonalds or something and check it there.
