iOS 8 beta 5 and iTunes festival

The iTunes music festival starts in less than 5 hours and I've just discovered that the iTunes festival app and the festival website will not work while running iOS 8 beta software while in Canada. I get a message that the content is not available in Canada. It will run properly on my devices that are on iOS 7.
Does anybody else have this problem?

It's working when I use my Austrian and US Apple ID in iOS 7. That's little of help for iOS 8, but I thought if there are problems, they'd most likely appear using my Austrian ID.

I have no problems on iOS 7 either, it's just my two devices on iOS 8 that can't access the iTunes festival.
