I have installed iOS 5 three times today without any issues. 2 iPhones and an iPad2 .
Each d/l took about 9 minutes.
Tips:
1. Disable virus scanner on computer.
2. If you iPhone has auto lock in use, turn it off.
3. If your SIM card has code lock, turn it off.
