iOS 5.1 update issues created in photo app

Downloaded and updated my ipad2 and iPhone 4S to the new software update and I now have 4 folders titled Last Import in my photo folder on the ipad2 only. iPhone 4S worked great, is there anyway to remove those folders? I tried even doing a complete factory rest and they are still there......
