IOS 12

I updated to IOS12 and now my ipad mini takes forever to charge. Has anyone else experienced this?

If you just updated, your iPad mini will be spending up to a day or more re-indexing everything on the iPad. This can use a lot of power and cause charging to take longer than normal. See if the charging time drops in the next few days.

I have not really noticed anything. I think the speed of charge is about the same all though I sometimes let my mini 2 charge over night while I’m sleeping.
