Importing photo/video titles

I have a number of videos on an SD card which I found I can import import using Apples camera adaptor and renaming them Pxxxxxxx.mp4 so they are recognised. No problem importing them its just that I cannot see the file titles (Pxxxxxxx etc) so dont know which files I am importing. Any help or advice appreciated (hope this made sense).

You have no control over file names when importing to the Photos app, nor can you see file names in the app. If you need file names to organize your video's you will need to use a different, third party, app to import and view them.
