It was quite windy today. When you looked at the sky, you didn't notice that.

I had a brighter variation of this photo, but I like the difference between light and dark in this one:

Just came off my Good-Music-Guide Forum which is mostly populated by guys - many of us still collect 'physical' CDs and need storage space - I own about 5,000+ discs and use two rooms in my house for keeping these stored - a number of forum members there likely have 10-20K CDs! Many of us like BIG box sets (say 50-100 CDs) - so today, I was on the 'Pictures I Like' thread and the image below was posted - NOW, I'm not that bad but one of our members actually moved to a larger house to accommodate his CD collection - :) Dave

I knew a guy who had two rooms of his house filled with his videocassette collection in the 1980's. In his basement he had a wall of TV screens so he could watch several channels at once.

I never had a large videocassette collection (mainly rented at the old 'brick & mortar' stores, like Blockbuster); BUT, when DVDs first appeared in the mid-1990s (never bought into the laser disc technology), I got rid of my VCRs (and tape re-winders) and cassettes - same when I went to CDs in 1984.

Now I have about 1200 optical discs (800 commercial DVDs/BDs - the latter about 2/3 of those; and 400+ DVD-Rs burned mainly from TCM of old movies in public domain) - these mainly take of wall space/cabinet in my den, so no need for 2 rooms in the house! :) Dave
