Hi Scifan.. the 'Children's Art Festival' reminds me of the famous child artist (now 28 y/o) George Posheptsov - he spent time in Wilmington, NC where we became familiar w/ his early art at local galleries - we own two giclee prints of his paintings, the larger and my favorite shown below called 'Sally and the Cat' - around 2013, I exchanged several emails w/ him wanting some more details - below is one of his responses. He was only 6 years old when that painting was done (pic of him w/ Colin Powell when he would have been that age). AMAZING! Dave
