I started off with my ipad 1 last year and purchased an ipod touch this year. I find myself using my ipod more than my ipad. any one else?

No, you're backwards. More seriously, I know a few people who use their Touch more than they use the iPad. It's whatever works.

Many times a smaller device is more practical to use.
I still use my phone more than my tablets, not including the use it as a phone part because smaller is more practical for me on the go with a toddler in tow

Ya, i guess its the mobility of it. Stick in my pocket and go. Keep the ipad in my backpack at all times also. Love them both.

I did the same thing but with an iPhone instead of an iPod Touch. My iPhone has unlimited 3G data so it is easier to pull it out wherever I am.

Like autumnbaby, substituting iPhone as well, I too have the unlimited 3G, so when I'm out-that's what I use. (my iPad 1 is Wifi only too) But at home, iPad is used much more than iPhone, so it's kind of split for me.

I like the screen quality of my touch 4 and iPhone 4, but I find them too small for typing and screen navigation. I much prefer my iPad 1 or 2 for Internet and email.
