The tap to top feature you mention works fine on my iPad 3, I just tested it.

Yeah, I edited it above. Just seems to be certain apps. Pulse doesn't work ( it did before) and Tapatalk seems to be intermittent. Others like email are working fine.

Hi there, hope you can help me!!
Since I've updated to iOS 6.0 my iPad 2 has all kind of strange problems.

The screens of the iPad and apps don't fit in my iPad screen anymore, they are bigger then the screen size.
For instance my battery level on top disappears partially under the border, my keyboard doesn't fit properly anymore,
and is too sensitive or doesn't react at all or with a delay. These are just a few problems after the update.

When I had os6 loaded mine did the same thing, I had to 3 finger tap to get it to go back to normal
