I use iFitness, but usually take it with me on the iPhone4 when I am working out (the iPad is a little large for the gym). It's got excellent video examples for exercise techniques and photos as well as in depth descriptions. It's perfect if your a beginner working out or someone who really needs to take their work out to the next level and has hit a wall. There are so many different exercises with and with out weights. They update and expand their database all the time and are completely open to suggestions and feedback. They use your feedback to improve the system. Such a refreshing company. I highly recommend!
