Hello, friends after successfully update my ipad4 at setting I saw new future iCloud section I did have any data in cloud then should sign out or not

The new iCloud section is the one that was in another place in iOS 7. The only new setting there is iCloud Drive.

If you have data in iCloud, sign in. If there's no other Apple device, you're also able to use iCloud Drive. If you have another iPad or iPhone that's not yet updated to iOS 8, don't enable it. If you have a Mac, you also shouldn't use iCloud Drive.

And Apple did not feel to zoom in feature in video for ipad4 or we get this in new update also facetime back side camera off now.
