Has anyone found a clock app that replicates the functionality of the iPhone (Apple) clock?

Are you looking for an alarm clock App? Need to download a third party one as far as I'm aware, doesn't come with an alarm on the iPad

There a multiple clock apps out there that would fit the bill. Some have more functionality than the apple clock, others have less. Just search the app store for a couple of mins and you'll find something worthwhile. It's worth bearing in mind that any alarm app needs to be left in the foreground (the current running app) if you want to get the alarm as apple doesn't allow the functionality that lets alarms play when the app is closed (this may have been rectified but to m knowledge it has not). If you want a recommendation on a good alarm app, that also looks brilliant I have to say you should download 'Living Earth HD'. It has great functionality and looks stunning, also tells you the weather (on a side note; it's one of the only apps I've ever found that can recognise my hometown [which is quite a feat in itself as its only small :)]).

Why thank you, it's good to be back. Been going through my exam period so haven't been able to get on as much as I would like. Hopefully I'll be able to start getting online daily again now :).

Hello forum,

At night we turn off the power to unnecessary things. This includes our Wifi. I'm trying to locate an alarm clock app that works well, but doesn't need the wifi link to be on all the time.

I've been searching through the apps store but a lot of them seem to search for weather & things constantly. All I want is a good, reliable alarm clock that will save me having to have another thing on my bedside table. It needs to work without reference to a wifi link. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
