HTTP File Sharing via 3G

Hi

Is there a possibility to move files from or to the ipad with a HTTP webinterface via 3g and wifi. There are many tools for wifi but i didn't find a tool for 3g. Is there a technical problem for realizing this? I don't want to use a work around like dropbox.

LogMeIn might do what you want....A lil expensive for me though. I actually prefer the combination of dropbox & splashtop.

I just looked in the specification but i didn't saw http transfer. Are you sure? I am looking for a simple http sharing but not only over wifi.
