Palm's website has been taken over by a countdown and a teaser video.

Thanks again Xune for posting this information. This brings back old memories when I first bought a Palm Pilot! I had forgotten about Palm being a third alternative. Do you think Hp/Palm is going to introduce a tablet? Is this what they are going to announce?

Three degrees of Kevin Bacon.

I helped build your Palm. I remember the Wayyyyyyyyy Coollllllllllll Palm VII. Internet in your hand before smart phones. Why is it so few remember the Palm PDA? Bob is sad.

Any Apple Newton owners here? I likely built that, too. Well, the modem, anyway.

Rumor has it that HP will offer PCs with WebOS on them in place of Windows, as well as the tablet.

Now if we could just get them to design a decent phone.

It looks good and WebOS is sweet in action.
The trouble is six months is a long time to wait given the competition.

Good hardware and good OS won't cut it anymore without a good ecosystem.
Like buying a smartphone without any apps.
