How to print documents or notes

I am a new iPad owner (2 days) and cannot figure out how to print a note written in iPad. I saw no command to print although I saw them for copy and paste. Thanks.

The iPad's basic Notes app does not have a print facility. It was designed primarily as a very simple 'scratch pad' and for local use only. It was not thought that printing of the notes would be needed. If you need to be able to print the contents of a note then you need to copy that content to another app, say Apple's Pages (Word compatible) app, which does have a print command.

I use a little app called Notely. Works well and allows printing.
