How to organise rss feeds with G. reader and flipboard?

Hi,

I really like flipboard and it parses google reader quit good. But i have organise my rss subscriptions in different folders and i like each folder to appear in his own flipboard box, is this possible?

Or any other application which sorts rss feed per subject??

found my answer by browsing flipboard ->google reader->
next to contents is the grid with add-contents

Tried a wide variety of readers such as Flipboard, Pulse,Flud, Reeder, and RSS5000 but I find I just keep going back to River of News. Just find flipboard too messy.

When I tapped google reader in add sections it disappeared from the list and I can't get it back. Any suggestions?
