Each Country has its own App Store and Apps vary widely from store to store. Government restrictions play a big part in what is available. If an app is not available in your App Store it is possible to open another App Store account in another Country to access the apps you want. You will need another email address for this and as Gmail does not denote a country it is good for this purpose.
There are many different app stores around the world and the US app store I would say offers the greatest range of apps. But you will need an iTunes gift card to open one here. These are readily available on the net and as you only need the number on it, this can be emailed to you after purchase. I have heard that others have been able to open another account without an itunes card but I didn't find it to be so. You will also need an address here, do you have a friends address you can use? Some will just use the address of an US Apple store. Have a look at this link.....hope this helps you.
