I just got the ipad2 and I was wondering could someone tell me how to download music? I dont know how to sign on to do it

Do you have your own AppleID or do you use your parents? That might be a good place to start. You will need that to download from the iTunes store.
There are other ways of getting music on your iPad such as ripping CDs you already own. It is also possible to strip the soundtrack from YouTube videos.
