How do i get my spam folder?

I bought my Dad an iPad 4 and he wants access to his EarthLink spam folder on his iPad. Right now he only has inbox,sent, trash, and VIP. It's the only mail service he has if that matters. Is there a way to add the spam tab?

Has he tried going to Earthlink's webmail site in Safari?

Another option is to check with Earthlink and see if they have the option to set up Mail as IMAP or Exchange. The default POP3 account is limited in what it can do folder wise.
