Hi. I'm looking for a IPAD3 holder (purse) with a shoulder strap. Strong. Under $100

I'd like it to be light weight but very durable, probably in black. Most of all I want it to have a strong over the shoulder strap. It would also be cool if it looked good, but that is not my top priority. Shoulder pads would be good.

Has anyone here found such a bag?
