Hello,

I am trying to find an app that allows selection of one color and subsequent painting with another color BUT only of the initial color selected. I think I own the app but I can't figure out which one I've used to do it in the past.

Responses from people with actual relevant experience appreciated.

Not sure, but I found one similar to what you describe for photo editing - Color Effects - is the one I'm thinking of.
