I have been refilling for several years with no problems. I get a new Dell laptop and do my first refill (HP 21 cartridge) and I'm getting a popup box that says I'm not using "authentic HP ink". It gives me a box to click on to go online and purchase an HP cartridge.
How do I get past this? Before the new Dell laptop it would say the ink level could't be determined and I'd click "OK" and it would print.
