Anyway back to April fools. I was working at the Airport, called the incoming pilot and told him we had a group going to a weight watchers convention in Vegas. Told him we needed 13 seatbelt extensions for our 30 passenger aircraft. He went nuts trying to find them. Also asked if he wanted us to use actual passenger weight or average weight on the weight and balance sheet. Poor guy, thought we were going to bump off half our passengers. May not make sense to many of you. May have had to work in the business to understand. But it was soooo much fun.

I just pulled off a great April Fools joke on my daughter!!! I went in her room to tell her goodnight...she's on her e-device. She's sitting upright with her bedding on her cuz it's cold tonight. She starts to shift to get all comfy and she's like"what's going on..?" She lifts up the bedding trying to figure out why her legs can't straighten out. She is completely befuddled! "What the heck?" she says. I say "April Fools!" She looks at me...looks at the sheet situation...then dawning crosses her face! I said "you've been short-sheeted!" "What? Is that a real thing?"!!! I'm busting up!! As I walk down the hall to my room, I hear her cracking up!!! Beautiful!! Gotcha!

When I met my (future) hubby in 2000, he assembled this little dangly thing from beads at a "Hello Kitty" store next door to my job - "Sunshine" is a pet name we both use at times It has hung from my rear view mirror in every car, every day, ever since .



...The beaded evil eye thingy was a silly thing I made a couple of years ago
