We used to go to the ASU pool at lunch in the summer, mostly to cool off in the pool, but we attempted to exercise for 30 minutes as well. It was really nice.

One particular work friend. When I worked on campus we would exercise most days. The pool, racquetball, riding our bikes around the neighborhoods, or using the stationary bikes. But my favorite was the pool on a sweltering hot day.

Wonderful!!! In high school, a girlfriend and I would put on our roller skates at lunchtime. It was so fun! Exercise is so much more fun when you do it with friends!!

I think it's time for another Mock Hay Day Party at my place!! Or Napa Valley! Oz or NZ wine is good - South Africa, too! Hmm. I know! We will continent hop (like bar hop!). We will take Samantha's Leer (ok with u?) and have a blast!!!! I'm in the mood to celebrate!! All our great friends we've met here, all together enjoying the heck out of each other!!! Could we really do this?? I'm open to it. Who us the Planner amongst us? I'm already moderating the Avatar Change so..... ????? Who will step up???

Speaking of Avatar Change, this might be a stretch, but what if we put up a pic of a boyfriend who is not our husband? I ran across some old photos... It would be hilarious! I'm not sure if you all have such pics though. Let me know!! . Love you guys!!!!!!!!! You are all the best!!!!

i love everything about this post, except Napa is so overrated need to do wine in the central coast, do not worry, everyone's tasting is on me. So where do we pick up the jet,x by now I would think we could upgrade to a Gulf Stream.. Sam, I had a friend send me the whole season except the Christmas episode from last year, I am ahead of you, but I will rematch, love that show
