What a lovely view.. !! We haven't had any snow yet this winter, I do love the snow but it brings us to a standstill. It's pretty but comes packages with entirely too much chaos. lol.. Oh no, nothing grand like a veranda - it's the breezeway outside my apt that leads down to the pathway . But yes, it is a beautiful view, especially in summer when it's green and lush - smells sooooo good! Ever so peaceful and pretty The downside is that our apt is like a little dark cave with the trees creating a canopy right over us, and in the summer spiders, spiders, spiders! I walk into them constantly, agh!!!!

Brings us to a standstill too, and I hate to drive in it Though it is lovely to look at Oh no, nothing grand like a veranda - it's the breezeway outside my apt that leads down to the pathway . We have totally hyperactive spiders here, you turn your back and a web pops up, they're everywhere! In every little corner. They obviously have nothing better to do. Every morning when I walk outside I walk through an invisible line which will stretch from the corner of the bike shed, down to some significant point on the ground somewhere. Or not! Sometimes they're just swaying in the breeze, waiting for me to walk into them. It's a ghastly feeling!

You must get lots of birds there?

We have totally hyperactive spiders here, you turn your back and a web pops up, they're everywhere! In every little corner. They obviously have nothing better to do. Every morning when I walk outside I walk through an invisible line which will stretch from the corner of the bike shed, down to some significant point on the ground somewhere. Or not! Sometimes they're just swaying in the breeze, waiting for me to walk into them. It's a ghastly feeling!

I hate spiders, Damn few months ago got bit by one and went to urgent care, afraid it was a brown recluse. And I vacuum every day.but swelled yuk like a bee sting.
Thank god it was not. Gives me the heebe jeebees, skin crawling right now.

Isn't it hard to take a photograph of your hand with an iPad?! Maybe you're using an iPhone, and that would be easier! I had to wedge the iPad between my knees, and then lift my free arm and twist my hand around, so that my finger didn't block the eyepiece. If we do hands for our next avatar change, it's going to require some careful planning!

Ah spiders! I don't mind them, and in fact admire them to an extent, but I DO NOT want them in my home, or across the path I'm walking down. There I am, minding my own business, walking like a lady down the pathway, then suddenly: A WEB!!!! IN MY FACE!!!!! And I immediately become some sort of flailing imbecile to anybody who happens to see me, clawing at my face trying to remove an invisible attacker! Oh gawd, it's just awful! I'm so jumpy every summer!
