I had to think for a moment there! It's the table on our deck. I intend to spend most of Christmas day sitting out there having delicious seafood and champagne, and starting a book I have had waiting in the wings for a few months, but haven't felt relaxed enough to start yet, because it requires a bit of effort. The weather forecast is for about 26 degrees C, which is my ideal weather. The Christmas tree is out there so I don't have to move far! We're planning a very quiet day at home, and the only socialising we will do is a visit to a neighbour for a drink in the afternoon. The following day we will visit my in-laws for lunch. If I can't be with my immediate family in the UK, then this is second best for me!

We are having some kind of seafood on Christmas Eve at my nephew's house. Your plans sound wonderful....a good book and good company!

It is fairly warm here, but where we are going will be cold...maybe snowy. I'm such a wimp now-not used to the cold anymore.

Hi Caroline, thank you for the welcome My angel is very lovely indeed - much better in real life lol I couldn't decide between her - she stands on the table and holds a candle - or the angel on my tree! Maybe I swap them daily lol
