Simply because the noise that comes out of their mouths is the closest I'm ever gonna get to believing there's actually a heaven up there.. oh, the harmonies.. too good to explain..

Four guys (L-R on picture), Urs (Swiss), David (American), Sébastien (French), Carlos (Spanish). The name "Il Divo" is Italian. They sing in English, Spanish, Latin, Italian and French. Magic to the ears, my friends..

All the albums are amazing.. Il Divo, Ancora, Siempre, The Promise. etc..

Songs to look out for: La Fuerza Major (you'll know that one), I Believe in You (ft. Celine Dion), Mama, Every Time I Look at You, and Una Noche..

Believe it not, these are another Simon Cowell production. Much as he annoys me with his manufacturing of idiotic slightly post-teenage boy bands that go by the name of One Direction, he gains my respect when he creates something like Il Divo..

I've yet to see them in concert..

His album "awake" was recommended to me when I was in America and I'm pretty sure it was my greatest purchase music-wise lol

He is amazing.. I haven't found much of his that I'm not a fan of.

His version of The Prayer (with Charlotte Church) I think is better than the original..

Not being biased, I promise, but I do believe this is the greatest version of the US national anthem!!

Recorded as a charity single in 1991 to raise funds for soldiers who were involved in the Persian Gulf War, and their loved ones also affected.

Performed by Whitney at the Tampa stadium for Super Bowl XXV! The stadium has since been demolished.

Re-released after the 9/11 attacks (hence the new artwork maybe, 2001), with all her profits donated towards the firefighters and families affected by the attacks.

There were two artworks for the single release. The original is my profile pic, the alternative is the one I almost needed a mortgage to have imported to England about 12 years ago. Love both pics.. and it's good to see the famous white tracksuit and headband again! <3

Uh, I tried it, lol. Not quite my cup of tea, but not bad. It might grow on me. I can't listen to much music now...big migraine trigger, unfortunately. Yes, it sucks!
