Google constantly asks to Allow Location

The vast majority of times that I open the Google search page via Dolphin browser, I get the pop up telling me that Google wants to use my current location. If I say OK, search for something and then go back to the Google page, it asks me again.

Location services are on for the iPad and also on for Dolphin for iPad. The iPad is WiFi only and never leaves home, so the location is always the same.

Is there something else I can do so that Dolphin stops asking me and just uses my location automatically?
