Forgettable really.
In oz now and went straight to our local organic butcher.
The best lamb cutlets ,crumbed and served with fresh,yes fresh broccoli and creamy mashed potatoes made with real milkglass of red and I'm in heaven.
Fresh food deprivation from 4 months in paradise..........

That sounds really nice.

I enjoy roast leg of Welsh lamb with roast potatoes, greens and carrots etc. 

Birthday dinner out.
Taken out to my favorite flash Chinese restaurant
Started with a crab and avocado spring roll.
Followed by a medley of 4 oysters.
In ginger,black bean,chilli,and tempura and seaweed.
Garlic butter noodles with giant prawns.
Then roast duck with soy tossed greens and steamed rice.
Absolutely yumm yum yummy
Glass of red......
Life is good.

Just made saag paneer for the first time (and, yes, I made my own paneer.) Served over basmati rice. Scrumdillyicious if not a bit time consuming!

What's a recipe ? I just throw in the pot whatever is closest to hand....what the final product is, I simply call food !!!

Said by a baker's wife.  and quite right too!

Saw Gino on ITV admit he made a mistake when making meringues once. He used salt instead of sugar and couldn't fathom out why the mix wasn't stiffening when beaten! 
