Serious?
Just mix your icing sugar with the pulp and juice from a fresh passionfruit.
Then use on cup cakes, sponge, vanilla cake etc
Even great on butter biscuits.
Mmmmm....

Yes I'm surprised they've never heard of it too!

Totally agree on your fresh sponge with cream and passionfruit icing too. Wish I had some! :)

I usually have it in juice. Very popular in South Africa where I was born. My mum made a lovely gooseberry tart and also a melktart. (Custard)

My lunch consists of left over stuffed peppers with brown rice--actually taste good for left overs from the freezer!!

Warm Fritter and chai or any of the mentioned sweets-sounds good. I have banana nut bread as a snack later!

I have a dark fruit cake baking at present. I added in chopped ginger and citrus peel pieces to add a twist to the taste.

I hope it works. We will know in40 minutes' time. :)

It tastes great with a very thin crust and a soft interior. I substituted the brown flour with strong wholemeal bread flour. It works well. We cannot taste the ginger!
