Folders missing in hotmail

I'm getting my in box but that's all.
I often get junk mail that should go to my in box.
the only folder that displays is the in box.

Any thoughts about what I'm doing wrong?

How have you set your hotmail up on the ipad? It needs to be imap or exchange to show folders, pop3 won't do it.

Thank You Rick worked well after I deleted all and followed your Exchange Server instructions

Thanks so much for that, I have just tried that and now my iPad mail looks like my hotmail account

However it has not updated the mail in those folders - any ideas?
