The easiest way to delete those videos is to go to Settings>General>Usage>Videos, then select the video you want to delete and swipe in either direction. A red delete button will appear, tap it and the video is deleted.
FYI, the deleted videos remain in your iTunes purchased list and can be re-downloaded at no extra cost if you ever want to watch them again.

In addition to SciFan's advice, in the video app press "Edit".....
Then press the "x" for any video you want to delete.....
