few general questions

Hello !

Located in India & recently bought NEW IPAD(16 GB, MD366HN/A). As started using it, few doubts/questions coming to my mind :

1) I'm using USB device(like Pen drive) on my laptop(DELL) to access internet on laptop. Now can I somehow connect to internet on my IPAD through my LAPTOP. I know my I PAD model is cellular but I don't want to purchase data plan for it for now.
2) Best APP(free, if possible) providing MS word & MS Excel like functionality as badly needs this
3) Easiest way to attach some document to an email through IPAD.
