When using Face Time can you use 2 apple accounts and switch between them on the same iPad ?

Not sure. You can have multiple email addresses where you can receive calls, but I guess that's not quite the same thing.

On the iPad FaceTime goes through the Apple servers and looks for the Apple ID. If my sister FaceTime's me to my Apple ID both my iPhone and iPad ring, if she does my phone number just the iPhone rings. If I am not in range with the iPad and the phone is off she doesn't get through so I would believe, with two different Apple IDs it should only go to the iPad for who ever is logged in.
