I did a search first because I thought somebody would have mentioned it, but nothing useful came up.

Just as a matter of interest, why is that some days I can play You Tube vids that people have posted in FB, but other days I can't.

If it's uploaded in .h264 or whatever the format it, itnwill work. If it's a flash file it will not work unless you are on a flash enabled web browser.
