Facebook app crashes

Thanks for sharing info regarding Facebook app crashes; and I like this post.

Mine crashes every single time I open it, before the homepage has had time to load. I gave up in the end and started using Facebook through safari but that has started to crash very regularly now. I'm using an ipad1 - anyone think that's likely to be the root of the problem?

I was seeing crashes on my iphone 5. From Settings/General/Reset I did a "Reset All Settings" on the iphone and no longer see the problem. Although, I would agree that the app is very buggy!
