Hi trying to do face time frome my iphone 5 to my ipad 3 and it keeps saying not available at the moment

You need to add an alternative email address to the relevant field in Settings/ FaceTime. Only then can you delete your AppleID from the device.

Deleting your AppleID from FaceTime will not affect your connection to the app store on that device.
