Yes. The FaceBook app will let you upload one photo at a time. There are other apps for FaceBook (third party) that will upload more than one. I can't recommend any, since I don't use one. Search the App Store for FaceBook and read the descriptions (and reviews).
Alternately, you can wait for iOS 6 (if you have an iPad 2 or newer). FaceBook will be integrated into the OS, and there will be more options.
