Evernote and/or Dropbox

What is the difference between these apps? Any reason to have both?

In my humble opinion Dropbox is a storage in the cloud where you can store anything you have on your pc/ipad, pics, movies, documents,really anything.

Evernote is more for notes or clippings from websites being synced also between devices

And yes i have both, couldn't enjoy my Ipad2 more if I didn't have them
