Equalizer

Hello, I play radio for songs but I can not change sound via equalizer. I change sound from setting but it's not effects.

If you are talking about the equlizer settings in Settings > Music, then these only affect the Music app.

There are no system wide equalizer settings for the iPad. If the app you are using to play the radio stations does not have it's own equalizer settings, then there are none.
