Hi, my name is Sue. Ive had my ipad for a while. Some mail I get has not content and thats usually no big deal as I can get it on my msn mail. What does it mean when the email says its not downloaded from the server?

How many do you have the iPad set to show? Maybe you are over that number? Increase the setting as required and see if it stops your issue from happening. See screen shot below:

Have a look at the bottom of your email and see if there is a tab saying download remaining, it's something like that anyway and then the email will finish to download.

Sue, I had the same problem with forwarded work email. The message would have an attachment, Mime attachment - 16kb, for example, you click on that, and it says did not load from the server.

I was able to fix this by opening mail in a browser that supports flash - I am using Puffin, but there are others. I can use the mail app for other accounts, just not my work account where mail is forwarded, possibly there is security settings through our IT center that prevents it from working, I don't know. I did try opening the mail in Safari, that didn't work either.
