e-mail blocked by a message

I have a problem with my e-mail.
There is one of my hotmail messages on the preview screen that blocks all other messages from all email from opening. I have removed both e-mail:
Hotmail and my server(home) email: symapatico.ca, and rebooted with no results. Searched " hotmail" subject first.

I found the solution. I removed hotmail and icloud and then added them again!
