Good evening, traveling to Manila shortly and have a small layover in Dubai and am hoping either to buy an IPAD 3 in Dubai or Manila. Anyone know the best/cheapest place in either location? I just got an email from Apple in Dubai and they said they are only selling the Ipad 2 and the Philippines Apple website says the same. Any ideas for a newbie?
