Dropbox without the ability to mail

Dear iPad community.

I'm going to buy iPad's for some of my salespersons but I need some information first.
The iPad is going to replace all paper documents that they have to carry right now. And they will get some "extra documents", like an entire customer list, which was impossible to print out (because of security).

So, I looked into Dropbox and Office², which are both IDEAL for the job!
Only 1 problem, with both. They allow you to send the documents in the Dropbox by mail. And the last thing I want is them sending the customer list etc to their private email addresses (it has already happened, trial still going).

So I'm looking for a way, an idea or whatever to make sure that they aren't able to send the "selected" items in the Dropbox, but they still need to be able to send me documents through Dropbox.

Someone already told me to make a provisioning profile so that they aren't able to send attachments, but Dropbox doesn't send the documents via attachments. Plus, I don't know how to make a provisioning profile.

Does anyone have an idea how I can prevent this?

I don't think you can do what you want to do with Dropbox as it exists now. Have you asked Dropbox support?
