Does anyone have any input on unlocking an IPad 3 WiFi / Celluar

What, exactly, do you mean? iPad data plans (in the USA) are sold on a 30-day increment with no contract; there is no unlocking needed. And, the iPad version you buy (AT&T or Verizon) only works on the network it was built for.

Yes I have an IPad 3 WiFi/ Cellular AT&T. I have successfully jailbroken it with the Evasion Update. I want to also unlock the " sim " so I may use it on the AT&T LTE network. I know the unlock is out there, but I do not know how to find the code.
I have in the past unlocked HTC phones with only having to enter the unlock code

Why not just go to a local AT&T store and sign up for a data plan. There's no need to spend time looking for an unnecessary unlock code.
