Hi everyone, brand new to the forum, I have up loaded Docs to go but can not access it as it is asking for log in or secure work space. Can anyone help

I just re-installed Documents to Go to see if I could repeat your issue. Unfortunately, I can't get the message you're getting. Could you take a screen shot of the message your getting? Maybe then I can see if I can duplicate it. Thanks.
There are three versions of Documents To Go in the U.S. It's probably the same in Australia.
Check to make sure you have not accidentally downloaded the Documents To Go - for BES10 version. This FREE version only works for businesses that have licensed and provided backend support. Something you have to log into.
