dI was disconnected from safari,, says i have yahoo,google,or bing, i can't get into

I was disconnected from safari on th IPad ,internet not available, yet it has correct home #, I can go into FaceBook, get Email. it shows networks yahoo, bing and google,none of which I am
able to get into. My pc works fine using all 3. What's up?

Is the Safari app icon still showing on your home screen?
