Deleting Songs

Hi: New ITunes user here (can you tell?)...I have accidently added numerous duplicate songs to my ITunes library (not purchased from the ITunes Store) and want to delete the duplicates, but cannot figure out how to do it! Can someone advise? Thanks for the help,
